Shane Pendergast has folk music in his blood. Hailing from a long lineage of storytellers and musicians in Prince Edward Island, he is keeping the Maritime folk tradition alive with his honest and insightful compositions. From acclaimed folk festivals across the world to the small halls of PEI, Shane has cemented himself as one of Atlantic Canada’s finest folk troubadours. His 2021 album Second Wind won Contemporary Roots Album of the Year at the Music PEI Awards, and in 2025 he released his fourth album Winter Grace, a deeply personal collection that captures both the joys and hardships of life in the Maritimes.
Luka Hall is a talented singer-songwriter, guitarist and fiddle player making waves in the music scene. Hailing from Prince Edward Island, he has been enchanting audiences with his fiddle skills since he was 9. Recently, Luka has stepped into the spotlight as a songwriter, releasing his debut EP, To Be Honest, which showcases his unique blend of original songs and traditional tunes. Luka was nominated for a Music PEI 2025 Traditional Roots Recording of the Year. He has performed on numerous stages across the Island. As well, he joined Irish Millie for an Ontario tour in December of 2024 and performed at the “Your Roots Are Showing” festival in Dundalk, Ireland in 2024 with Shane Pendergast.
